2008 World Energy Outlook - Oil Reserves and Resources

The IEA has warned that massive levels of investment are required to bring oil resources to market in a timely manner, but the reality is that oil resources are insufficient to meet these forecasts regardless of investment.

To get your articles you post read by people, you need to do several things.

1. make sure to vote for your own article as well as posting the first comment. A lot of folks use the first comment box to post an additional segment from the original article by cutting and pasting it into the comment box so people can see more of the article.

2. the tracking system you see on the Newsvine doesn't start putting articles into that system until the article has 1 vote and 1 comment.

3. The other way articles get read is by posting them into groups that have interests connected to them. So for example this article on energy should get seeded it the alternative energy group (which I've done for you).

4. The last way to get articles read is to go out and look for people who have similar or disimilar interests and get them to make you a friend so your article shows up in their tracker. If they go look at your article, then it will show up in their friends tracking system.
